Julie Hance joined J. Scott & Company in 2006 as a newly licensed broker, bringing with her years of experience in small business management and ownership. During that time she was responsible for developing marketing and promotional campaigns along with managing employees, inventory and finances.
Julie has personally brokered hundreds of thousands of dollars in commercial building sales and land, along with office, retail and automotive leases.
She is a ‘near’ native of Arizona, having lived in the Valley since age 2.
