Jeff Rohde, President & Designated Broker
Jeff Rohde formed J. Scott & Company in 2005 as a privately held commercial real estate brokerage.
Jeff began his real estate career in Chicago in the mid-1980s investing primarily for his own portfolio. In 1996 he moved back to Arizona and worked with the business brokerage Allan Jeffreys Realty, and as an Associate Broker with West USA Realty, before forming J. Scott & Company.
He has personally brokered millions of dollars of sales and lease transactions in retail, office, industrial, multi-family properties, and in raw and subdivided land.
Jeff was awarded his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2006.
The CCIM designation is the high professional certification one can earn in commercial investment real estate. The curriculum incorporates specialized education in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis, and real estate consulting services.
Only about 15,000 of the commercial real estate professionals worldwide have been awarded the elite CCIM designation.
While living in Chicago Jeff co-founded a group of retail stores marketing communications services. His experience before that includes sales and marketing positions with the then San Francisco-based Pacific Telesis and Dallas-based Southwestern Bell (which eventually became AT&T). He was recruited to join Daniels & Associates in Denver, a cable television, telecommunications and investment brokerage. Jeff eventually earned the Vice President of Marketing position with the company.
Jeff is an Arizona native and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He majored in Journalism with an emphasis in marketing, general business, management and finance, and has taken several graduate level courses.
Jeff is currently investigating investment opportunities in the United States, Latin America and South America for the firm’s clients.
