J. Scott & Company is a local, privately-held commercial brokerage providing real estate advisory services to its clients, including property holdings analysis, acquisition and disposition representation, leasing representation; property, asset and portfolio management services for both single- and multi-tenant properties; and group investment services.
The firm currently employs brokers who work as a team to represent clients in the sale, purchase, leasing and management of commercial property, investment property, multi-family property and land.

To date the firm has directed sales and leasing of over 250,000 square feet of commercial space and nearly 22 million square feet of land sales in the metropolitan Phoenix area, with over 180,000 square feet currently under leasing or management control.
